This page is dedicated with lots of love to my truest friends, Anne, faithful confident, Vicky, angel of care and
patience, Valou, reliable and strong-minded, and especially to my wonderful brother Tof, to whom I owe so much.
I would also like to thank all those who gave me support and advice when I was struggling, especially to
my "little brother" Anthony, Lydie, Lisa and Alastair in London, and also to all those people with whom
I shared moments of friendship but we lost contact since, thank you wherever you are,
I have the fondest memories of you all!
